Present at <br />this conference were P;essrs. l.i K. Chen, Frank 5aponaro, both <br />representing GI:C Mi.ncrals, and P1css~s. Rick Mills, ,lames Pendleton, <br />Todd Gibson and havid Shelton, representing the Division oP Mined <br />Land Reclamation. <br />At that time no conclusions were reached, and thus the conference <br />was continued indefinitely.
