BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />CORRECTED FURTHER RESPONSE OF DIVISION OF MINERALS AND <br />GEOLOGY TO HALDORSON AND SONS, INC.'S PETITION FOR <br />RECONSIDERATION <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF HALDORSON AND SONS, INC., <br />FILE NO. M-2003-037 <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG), by and through the Attorney General's <br />office, acting a staff to the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (Board) in this matter, files <br />this "Corrected Further Response of Division of Minerals and Geology to Haldorson and <br />Sons, Inc.'s (Haldorson) Petition for Reconsideration" (Further Response) regazding this <br />matter. DMG noticed several "typos" in its initial Further Response and submits this <br />"Corrected" Further Response for clazification. Please substitute this for the initial one. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />DMG staff have already reviewed Haldorson's Petition for Reconsideration <br />(Petition) as it relates to the standard promulgated by the Board in Construction Materials <br />Rule 2.9.1(2). DMG filed its Response to Haldorson's Petition (Response)with this <br />Board prior to the Board's January 2003 hearing.
