Long, <br />Division Director <br />On the last record check inspection in December 1993, it was <br />brought to the Division's attention that Twin Pines Mine ~2 has no <br />Storm Water Permit nor have they applied for same. The Division <br />has subsequently followed through with an inquiry to the Colorado <br />Department of Health on the regulations concerning Storm Water <br />Permits. <br />This letter is to inform Twin Pines Limited Investment of the <br />necessity to immediately apply for a Storm Water Permit under 5 <br />C.C.R. (Colorado Code Regulations) 1002-2, Section 6.1.0.
