FIGURE 4.6.5 (Continued) <br />Mount Gunnison Agricultural Usc Survey <br />Instructions: <br />This survey form is intended to aid in monitoring agricultural use on <br />properties that may possibly be influenced in some way by mining activities at hit. <br />Gunnison. This survey should be completed annually in November. <br />(1) Record the date that survey u~as taken. <br />(2) Record the name of person conducting the survey. <br />(3) Record the name of operator or owner of the operation being surveyed. <br />(4) Record the name and location of the operation being surveyed; use township <br />and range designation as well as directions from the nearest post office or <br />town. <br />(5) Record. the location of the field or pasture with directions from <br />operator/owner's residence. <br />(6) State the approximate size in acres of each field or-pasture. <br />(7). Record the type of activity the field or pasture is being used for, i.e., <br />irrigated native hay meadow, alfalfa, irrigated grazing land. If the activity is <br />,grazing, record the type and number of animals grazed. <br />.(8) Record the production of each field or pasture in bales/acne, bushels/acre, <br />pounds/acre, or animal unit months (AUht), whichever is appropriate. <br />4_3~a <br />• • <br />
