Project <br />permitting will be com- <br />pleted before conunencing <br />construction in die spring <br />and patented solution min- <br />ing technology will be <br />utilized at the Rio BI <br />County facility. Day has <br />been closely related to the <br />Nahcolite project since <br />1983. <br />m <br /> <br />Compliance and Permitting. <br />Baker was most recently <br />with IRVC Geotech but <br />spent most of the last ten <br />years as Manager of Envi- <br />ronmental Field Programs <br />at Cathedral Bluffs Shale <br />Oil Company.
