Long
Division Direuor
I just received an NOI amendment from Twentymile for some additional drilling this summer.
Enclosed is a map showing locations for the proposed holes.
Two of the holes (PDS 006 and PDS 008) are located on private land owned by Twentymile. I
don't know if they aze on permitted ground or not. My preference for administrative continuity
and simplicity, is to keep them as part of the NOI for now. If they want to convert these wells
and retain them for any reason, that can be accomplished by MR and bond transfer later.,
Jim ~ „
V
