Does that have to be incorporated in the Permitted Boundary? <br />The top of the unstable slope at the access road started out about 250 feet wide. <br />Fill was added to the top of the embankment, many (hundreds) of trees have been <br />removed, a large ridgeline has been excavated above and below the access road, a drain <br />system added but still had seeps in the other azeas of the downhill slope. The width of the <br />slope at the access road is now almost 600 feet wide. At some point the 30 inch <br />fiberglass penstock will again have about 30,000 gallons per minute of water flowing <br />through it. Then they will start driving trucks weighing 58,000 pounds loaded with <br />concrete over the penstock in four places with about four or five feet of soil in between. <br />Included are engineer/surveyor drawings from the past ten years, detailing the <br />growth of the unstable slope.
