Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resourm Trustee <br />The Division received your letter on August 17, 2004 regarding the stipulation placed on the Tilnnath Pit, Permit No. M- <br />1989-056. The Division has the following comments: <br />Tn your letter you state that the wells placed on Fossil Creek's 9 property (or investment group represented by Del <br />Brooks) were installed and measurements were recorded quarterly. Please submit all groundwater monitoring data for <br />the wells and the pit de-watering information acquired to date for our records. Please be reminded that groundwater <br />monitoring for a given year and pit de-watering information must be included in the annual report as required by the <br />following sfipulafion: <br />The operator commits to installation and monitoring of three groundwater table monitoring wells as specified in <br />the permit documents.
