<br />IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICF. IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
<br />Meetings of creditors pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 341(a) for the above-named
<br />Debtors (except for the Colorado and Wyoming Railway Company, for which pursuant
<br />to 11 U.S.C. § 1161 no meeting of creditors is scheduled) shall be held at the
<br />time and place specified in ITEM No. 1 above at which creditors may examine the
<br />Debtors. Creditors may but are not required to attend the meeting of creditors.
<br />The Debtors, through their presidents or other executive officers, and attorney
<br />for the Debtors shall be in attendance at the 341(a) meetings.
<br />The Debtors are ordered to file with the Court monthly financial reports on
<br />the form approved by the U.S. Trustee; the first report covering the period
<br />betwae.--, the .'.'fling of the petition and the 1?st d.ay of the month in which the
<br />petition was filed, DUE THE 15TH DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING THAT IN WHICH THE
<br />PETITIONS WERE FILED, with succeeding reports due the 15th of each month
<br />thereafter. Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2015(c) a copy of each monthly
<br />financial report shall be mailed to a designee of the creditors committee.
<br />Except for former and current employees of the above Debtors whose claims
<br />arise pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, the deadline for filing
<br />claims is 90 DAYS after the date shown above for the meeting of creditors.
<br />Former and current employees whose claims arise pursuant to a collective
<br />bargaining agreement will be notified if a bar date is set in these cases with
