A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computes in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future tae of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new inamllation of the eotlware. 2. The CD or DVD that you ptnrohaee mu be in the D; drive. A DVD drive will nxd a t~ or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. Thero needs to be ao image viewing application for .tif files on yom computes that will beadle single and multi-page doctwenm. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Pictmo and Fsx Viawel' or "Paint" and they do notworlr with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP compntese does warlc DMG has determirted that a program celled "LianV iettr', which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured m yom default .tif viewer. DMG does not ntpport m endorse this soRware and the licensing and registration are the user's etsponstbility. There are rmrty other programs that work u well, each m "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Iosfruetlonr 1. Insert the CD into yom corttputer. 2. Allow tuna for the CD m inamH. 3. Hject the CD from the wmputer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. MOTH: A program called QuickView Autonm, which roes the QuiclrView scrap program, has also been copied to this CD. Tf the Autorun program does NOT work; you will need to tttanually install the QuickView program.
