This is <br />the only spring in this section which has a pipe line. <br />I have provided a copy of the laws pertaining to the Surface <br />Owner Protection. <br />I want this Spring fixed NOW! The law does not provide for any <br />qualifications, the spring was damaged_ The collection system <br />needs to be reconstructed thereby providing the ability to <br />monitor the flow. <br />The situation is this. I want $20,000.00 to repair the spring, <br />and repair the road into the area. Thereby allowing Mountain Coal <br />the access they want to monitor the flow.
