The mining plan modification approval authorized <br />mining of about 19 million tons of Federal coal in 922 acres of <br />Federal lease C-067. <br />• Mining operations must be conducted in accordance with both <br />Colorado State permit and the approved mining plan. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document <br />the mining plan modification.
