In light of this, the following stipulations have been sat- <br />isfied: <br />1. Stipulation Number 3, <br />/~ <br />2. Stipulation Number' <br />3. Stipulation Number 16, <br />4. Stipulation Number Z7, <br />5. Stipulation Number I8, <br />6. Stipulation Number 20, and <br />7. Stipulation Number 2I. <br />Also, during a conversation with Tommy Raye, it was requested that the time <br />period for submission of information concerning stipulations number 9, 12, <br />22 (a) and 22 (b) be extended. The reason for. this request being that the <br />design of the railroad loop and conveyor system has not been finalized. <br />With this in mind, the time limit for satisfaction of these stipulations has <br />been extended to 180 days from the date of permit issuance, or at least 95 <br />days before construction begins. <br /> <br />
