Coffman, o <br />operator of Columbine Paving (Co.), for the purpose of <br />your assistance and guidance to clean up fuel and hydr <br />based substances spilled during operations of an aspha <br />plant. In our estimation, a site visit will be requir <br />determine appropriate clean up requirements. Our goal <br />assure the site is clean and that the operator, County <br />BLM work together to efficiently correct the problem. <br />The asphalt batch plant site is located approximately <br />east of Gunnison, Colorado. The area of the contamina <br />appears to include both public land under the administ <br />the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and private land 1 <br />the operator. We believe the releases have occurred o <br />period of several years, possibly going back to a prey <br />operators of the batch plant.
