Their disposition is listed below. This NOI is still <br />outstanding with $1000 bond. <br />(1) 96-8 is now a degas hole (gvb-wd-2C) incorporated into permit by PR-5. <br />(2) 96-9 was inspected 7-20-04 and the reclamation was found to be satisfactory <br />except for cutting casing & marking hole. $1000 bond was retained to cover that <br />activity. <br />(3) 96-10 was inspected 7-20-04 and the reclamation was found to be <br />satisfactory; the bond liability has been released. <br />(4) 96-15 has been converted to a monitoring well (DH-58) by TR-20; the <br />liability is now covered within the permit. <br />(5) 96-16 has been converted to a monitoring well (DH-57) by TR-20; the <br />liability is now covered within the permit. <br />(B) X-1998-217-02 (Full release was approved 8-11-04. $26,300 released.) <br />The full bond was released on this NOI based upon inspections done 7-20-04 and several <br />permitting actions. There were 4 drillsites included in the NOI. <br />(1) 98-1 was inspected 7-20-04 and the reclamation was found to be satisfactory. <br />(2) 98-5 is now a methane degas hole (gvb 04-A) incorporated into the permit by <br />TR-17. <br />(3) 98-6 was inspected 7-20-04 and the reclamation was found to be <br />satisfactory. <br />Office of Office of Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey <br />
