The modifications to Exhibit A are technical amendments to the Liquidating Trust <br />Agreement to facilitate the administration of the Liquidating Trust and do not inany way effect the <br />recovery of Creditors. The form of Exhibit A attached to this pleading is "redlined" for the <br />convenience of comparison. <br />33.
