On this map is the limit of surface effects associated with
underground mine subsidence predicted by Basin Resources for the years
1994-1999. This predicted limit is highlighted on the enclosed map in red.
We respectfully request your office keep this map available for public review
by anyone seeking to obtain any local building permits or septic system
permits. We believe this would allow these applicants the opportunity to
contact Basin Resources (719-868-2761) prior to construction of their
structures, to learn more about potential subsidence impacts in the area of
the Golden Eagle Mine.
We hope these materials have satisfied your informational request. Should
your office need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
c ~J~~ ~
Daniel I.
