iii iiiiiiiiiiiii iii
999
STATE OF COLORADO
Roy Romer, Governor
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
MINED LAND RECLAMATION DIVISION
FRED R. BANTA, Director
DATE: September 7, 1988
T0: Caidby Begej
FROM: Carl Mount/~ _.
RE: Blue Ribbon Lower Access Road Stabilization Plan. Permit No. C-81-047
The brief plan received September 6, 1988 outlining the lower access road
stabilization raises three minor concerns regarding revegetation and
stabilization:
1. Hopefully, when they say that drainages to the creek will be
'lined' they mean that the drainages from the trench area to the
creek will be 'blocked' with bales in a normal, sediment
controlling manner. The bales should be staked down.
2. I trust you already have an approved seed mixture and mulching rate.
3. How will mulch be held on the steep slope (my presumption) of the
road fill?
CBM/y j b
0031E
CG : Sc~sai~, Nlew'r'J
215 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203-2273 Tel.
