-:~~
on each trip between the mine and plant so water spray can be applied as required. Road
construction will proceed in compacted lifts with water spray application. The road
surface will firm up (with reduced potential dust emissions) as construction proceeds.
Trucks hauling fill to the road will be traveling at slow speeds due to the need for tight
maneuvering. Slow truck speeds will also reduce potential emissions. As road sections
are completed, dust suppressant will be applied on the finished sections where road grade
is compatible with the treatment.
Attachments
Exhibit A BLM Mining Plan of Operations Modification.
