The
Division must have the additional data prior to any final evaluation of the Cotter mines DMO status. Geo
Sciences has requested a telephone conference between all parties to ensure that the additional information will
answer the Division's questions regarding the modeling. Due to schedule conflicts involving all parties and [he
holidays, the telephone conference will be held in January. Staff will need additional time for review, which will
allow the Division time to make a formal written determination prior to any decision of withdrawing its initial
finding or preparing for the Formal Public Hearing
Therefore, staff has re-scheduled the matter for Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board, for consideration. The hearing will be held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street. Denver,
Colorado, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February IS`h and 16th, commencing at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereaRer as
the matter can be considered.
