Prepare a new deed for the currently Valco-owned lands which incorporates the <br />default remainder of the 35-plus acre parcel back into the larger Valco-owned parcel, <br />by description, after the subdivision exemption parcel is created; said deed must <br />be recorded immediately following the recordation of the approved subdivision <br />exemption plat at the applicant's expense. <br />B. A corrected Subdivision Exemption No. 97-01 Plat shall be submitted for recordation <br />by May 2, 1997. <br />C. The Goodnight Barn shall be addressed according to the following: <br />1. The applicant shall prepare art improvement location plat which depicts the <br />locations of the Goodnight Barn and the other buildings upon these premises <br />and submit same to the Department of Planning and Development within <br />sixty (60) days of this approval. <br />D. Transit Mix of Pueblo will continue to abandon any use of the Goodnight Barn in <br />their operations and be required to provide limited access, with appointment only, for <br />research to the structure with the understanding that Transit Mix will assume no <br />liability for any problems or injury that may result from such efforts.
