The conversion application <br />incorporates lands, known as the Shaffer Pit, currently permitted <br />by Skelton, Inc., into the San Miguel County permit. In order to <br />secure release of the Shaffer Pit acreage, Skelton, Inc. must <br />submit to the Division an accurate map of the land that will remain <br />under the Skelton, Inc. Permit No. M-88-037. <br />The accurate map of the affected lands shall: <br />(a) Be made by a professional land surveyor, professional <br />engineer, or other qualified person; <br />(b) Identify the permit area boundaries; <br />(c) Identify the locations for the boundary markers required <br />by Rule 6.7 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations and as a <br />result of the inspection of this pit conducted on September <br />30, 1993. A description of the type of boundary markers <br />installed should also be included. <br />(d) Be made to a scale of not less than one hundred feet to <br />the inch and not more than six hundred sixty feet to the inch; <br />(ej Identify the locations of all topsoil and product <br />stockpiles, roads, and mined out areas; <br />(f) Note Total acreage remaining under permit. <br />
