Rindahl regarding Ready Mix Concrete Company and a
request "to move their crushing operation from its present
location to 'Parcel 6,' as shown on the drawings on file" in our
office was in error; therefore, Ready Mix Concrete Company is
directed to cease and desist all mining and/or accessory uses on
said Parcel 6. Additional investigation regarding the subject
case indicates that the subject Parcel is zoned A-3 with a
Mineral Conservation (M.C-) Overlay.
