As part of the fact finding inspections, staff <br />would like to meet with you as well on the same day. The inspections with the operators are set for the <br />morning of June 20t°, 2007. Staff would like to meet with you on your property at 11:30 am or as shortly <br />there after as possible. <br />The Division's in-stream specialist has requested aerial photographs of the area to help assist in the overall <br />investigation. The impact to your property appears to involve several issues at the two adjoining sites. <br />Staff's first objective will be to address a short term solution to mitigate any current or future impacts to your <br />property.
