As you <br />can see, all of the changes that were made to the water <br />management system were done inside the building. These <br />revisions accomplished two things. The first of which we <br />bypassed the gravity concentration. This was due to the lack <br />of commercial free gold in the ore. Instead of going from <br />the thickener tank to the flotation concentration and then <br />out the tails, we now go from the grinding to the flotation <br />then the thickener tank then out the tails. By making this <br />change we are able to recycle our chemicals prior to <br />discharging tails to the tailing pond. Prior to this change <br />
