I have witnessed on several occasions trucks
hauling material out of this pit. Enclosed please find photos of a truck
being Goaded at Granby Ranch and dumping at Cornerstone jobsite in
Winter Park, CO on July 16, 2007.
It is my belief that this pit was not permitted to haul materials outside of
Granby Ranch and all materials would be used only on the Granby Ranch
and Sol Vista development.
We would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter since we have
gone through the permit process to be legally permitted and feel this is
detrimental to our business for someone to be operating illegally. We only
have the summers to make our businesses work up in the mountains and
have already lost business because of this possible illegal activity so we
appreciate your expediency on this matter.
Sincerely,
LINKS CONSTRUCTION INC.
~;
Richard A.
