M-2003-037 <br />Page 4 <br />be monitored weekly on the same day and time for one {1) year for depth of water. The data <br />shall be logged and submitted to the Division as a single report that will summarize the data <br />for analytic purposes. <br />3. A new condition 4 is added to read as follows: <br />During the one-year monitoring period described above, the applicant is permitted to <br />conduct mining operations provided that excavation shall not exceed a depth of thirteen (13') <br />feet below the surface of the ground. In addition, if groundwater is accidentally uncovered <br />during the course of mining, during the first year of mining or thereafter, two feet of material <br />will be placed and maintained over exposed water.
