The repoR discusses new <br />mfomtation not known to Ban}ts and Gesso, the pe'titioner's prior consultant. In addition. for <br />reasons unknown to the petitioner the logs included in :\ppendix A to the Lewicki Report <br />were not suhntitted as part oC the application. <br />'Ihe :+pplication was based in part upon a consideration of information required by the <br />DIv1G and the MLRB in similar cases. For example, there are three permitted gravel mines <br />within one-half mile of Phase 1 of the Haldorson mine, and they all mine the same resource <br />that Flaldorson will mine. l'hey are the Base Products Pil. United Company's Spring Creek <br />Pit and the Metcalf Pit. These applications were approved with only one paragraph of <br />inforntation cash on groundwater.
