AMENDED MOTION FOR ORDER APPROVING ASSUMPTION
OF EXECUTORY CONTRACT WITH COASTAL GAS MARRETING COMPANY
CF&I Steel Corporation, debtor and debtor in possession,
("CF&I Steel or Debtor") hereby moves the Court for an order,
pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-
1330 (the "Bankruptcy Code") and Bankruptcy Rule 6006, allowing
it to assume an executory contract between it and Coastal Gas
Marketing Company ("Coastal") under which Coastal supplies
natural gas to CF&I Steel. This amended motion clarifies certain
