The method of sealing drill holes, as revised, on page 2.05.3-21Ra is
not satisfactory. The use of bentonite may not meet our performance
standards outlined under 43 CFR 3484.1(a)(11 depending on the
circumstances involved. Mr. Damrau of Empire Energy has agreed to
provide additional information concerning this item.
No other compliance problems with special lease stipulations or
applicable agency regulations were identified.
