Computer requtrementa to use rho DMG document Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied m the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first ume. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase ma be in the :drive. A DVD drive will mad a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will comain files with the .tif extension. Them nceds to be an image viewing applicapon for .rif files on your computer that . will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, [he default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they not ork with QuickView. Tht Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "1rfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work wirh QuickView. ARer downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this sothvare and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibiliry. Them aro many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows", Instructions• 1. Insert the CD in[o your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. $ject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD ineo the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit FI(es. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autotvn, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. Tf the Auwnm program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickV iew program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.trtinine.atate.co.us. The Permit F1le document images can be viewed in the reception area of the pMG office ar they can be porchasad on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase coat wvera the time and lahor of making the CD, DMG cannot provide rnmnuter related support.
