of sufficient volume to cause minor flow over the structure. No nmoff was observed at the <br />structure at the time of inspection, so the runoff' appeared to be brief in duration. The upland <br />diversion ditch and silt fence structure to the east side of Elk Creek appeared to have functioned <br />well. The silt fence structure associated with SAE-7 generally appeazed to have functioned well, <br />but appears to Crave filled, with very minor flow over the top. All stormwater management <br />controls are in need of maintenance following this storm. Additional rock check dams and silt <br />fence straw bale structwes are needed along the new road to the West Valley Fill, Somerset <br />Cemetery, and Upper Elk Creek, <br />
