Board of
County Commissioners of the County of
Adams; Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Adams v. The Mined Land
Reclamation Board of the Department of
Natural Resources of the State of Colorado;
Civil Action No. 80CV1437, Division A
Dear Vicki:
As promised, I reviewed the file at the Mined Land
Reclamation Division in connection with the captioned
proceeding. I found that parcel 6 has been included in
the permitted area for a long time. A map of the per-
mit area, including parcel 6, was filed January 15, 1978
with the Mined Land Reclamation Division by the then
operator, Adams Aggregate.
At the May 24, 1978 meeting of the Mined Land Recla-
mation Board, the Board approved the issuance of the per-
mit on the area described in the map, which included
parcel 6.
When the permit was revised in January, 1980, the
revision had nothing to do with the permit area, which
was not changed.
Please call if there is any further question.
Very truly yours,
F~TTORNEY GENERAL
~, ~, . ~`. ~---c -s -~
LUCIUS E.
