The work plan was revised in a
September 14, 1994 letter to the Division. The revision indicated that all petroleum
contaminated soils found on-site, would be treated on-site, at two areas approved for bio-
remediation by the Division of Minerals and Geology of the Colorado Department of
Natural Resources. Originally, the work plan indicated that on-site petroleum
contaminated soils would be disposed of off-site at a Waste Management of North
America landfill.
The work plan indicates that a written release report would be submitted to the
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The work plan
indicated that this report would be submitted to Ron Fazlina (sic) and Gary Sldano (sic)
of CDPHE. The report should be submitted to Ronald J. Forlina of the Division, and
Gary Soldano of the Water Quality Control Division. As of this date, the written report
of release has not been made.
The Division approves of the revised plan of work, with the provision that the written
report of release be made to the appropriate parties.
