I believe this was noted during a <br />previous inspection in the beginning of the summer. It appears <br />from the inspection this month, that the problem has worsened. At <br />this time, the road does not seem to be affected and the culvert <br />appears to be stable. <br />The Division requests, during your next visit to the site, to <br />evaluate this situation and identify possible causes and solutions. <br />Please respond to the Division with your analysis. <br />If you have any questions please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />~.~ ~ K ~ <br />....
