<br /> <br />HAUL ROAD C CERTIFICATION <br />I Vaughn Hughes, Professional Engineer Registry No. 22926, do certify that <br />Haul Road C was built to the specifications provided in Technical Revision 90-11 to <br />Permit C-82-056. Specifically, the haul road was constructed in 6 inch lifts and <br />compacted to greater than 95% of the required compaction as per ASSHTGI-99. The <br />top 2 inch dressing was also compacted as per these requirements. <br />The 12 inch culvert has been installed and the rock head at the inlet of the culvert is <br />in place. The outlet requires installation of the headwall. The rock filter dam is also <br />in place. <br />All of the above work was done under my direct supervision and the information <br />supplied herein is correct to the best of my belief and knowledge. <br />i (/,~/) <br />Va hn R.
