The <br />field visit confirmed that ground water would not be encountered by the clrilliltg of the access hole <br />at the present location of dte pumped water storage faciGry (an abandoned mine). Therefore, well <br />-- perrtdt application receipt no. 3375Z3is being returned-for yoir-disposal. - <br />Yo» should be aware that a v/ell permit will be required if monitoring of die amortnt: of <br />water stcred in the mine and the amounts withdrawn from storage shows that o ound water is <br />accruing to the storage facility. A substitute water supply plan or plan for augmentation would be <br />required in order to issue such a permit.
