Evidence of compliance with C.R.S. § 34-33- <br />111(1)(b), concerning condition of land to be covered by the permit <br />prior to any surface coal mining operations; Reg. § 2.04.3, General <br />Requirements: Site Description and Land Use Information; <br />k. Documentation and statements of right of access: <br />C.R.S. § 34-33-110(2)(j); Reg. § 2.03.6; <br />1. The permit application is incomplete in the above <br />and other particulars. <br />9. That, because the above-listed materials were absent from <br />the Office of Mined Land Reclamatio:.'s files, he was unable to <br />fully or accurately evaluate the potential hazards posed by Golden <br />Eagle Mine operations to the Rancho Escondido property. <br />10. That on Febr_ary 26, 1993, he discussed the Golden Eagle <br />Mine's Las Animas County special use permit (Permit No. 75-025) <br />files with Mike Ossola of the Las Animas County Planning and Land <br />Use Office. <br />11. That during this conversation they discussed Basin <br />Resources' failure to timely obtain required county building <br />permits for ventilation fans. <br />12.
