Subsidence survey, and subsidence monitoring plans <br />for areas outside the renewable resource zone which is defined as <br />the alluvial valley floor of the Purgatoire River: C.R.S. § 34-33- <br />111(1)(c), (d),(i); Reg. § 2.05.6(6); <br />b. Description of measures to prevent subsidence and <br />maintain the value and reasonably foreseeable use of surface land: <br />C.R.S. § 34-33-121(2)(a); <br />c. Evidence of compliance with ventilation statutes and <br />regulations relative to the exhaust fan located in Section 19, <br />Township 33 S, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. i.^.
