McNulty who is the manager of <br />the Pleasant Valley Ranch, L.L.C. Elana C. McNulty is the daughter <br />of John McNulty to whom the above referenced permit was issued. <br />John McNulty is now deceased and Elana C. McNulty is the personal <br />representative of his estate. A copy of the Letters Testamentary <br />relating to her designaCion as personal representative of Mr. <br />McNulty's estate are attached. <br />It is my understanding that the above referenced permit is a <br />special use permit and was issued for one use only--that of <br />providing highway construction materials for a single project. <br />Please be advised that, so far as we can determine, the pit has not <br />been mined for at least ten years. The site may have been <br />reclaimed by man made or natural development. <br />As personal representative for the Estate of John McNulty, Ms. <br />McNulty is requesting a termination of Permit No. M-84-175 and a <br />reclamation release. Photographs of the site will be forwarded to <br />you as soon as possible. It is my understanding that the corporate <br />surety bond posted by Mr. McNulty in this case will not be <br />discharged until you have approved it. <br />The Pleasant Valley Ranch, L.L.C. is now the owner of the land <br />upon which. the sandstone mine is located having received title to <br />the property on October 28, 1996. The members of the Pleasant <br />Valley Ranch, L.L.C. are Elana C. McNulty (Manager) and her mother, <br />Mary Grace McNulty, the ex-wife of John McNulty. All <br />communications and notices with respect to this permit should be <br />directed to Pleasant Valley Ranch, L.L.C., c/o Elana C.. McNulty, <br />P. O.
