In the most recent conversation you asked that I provide a letter detailing the inaccuracies. Previously I faxed you a copy of Exhibit C with the corrections and on July 6, 2004 I sent, a letter to Carl Mount detailing the inaccuracies. As we discussed there are several inaccuracies in the permit that need to be corrected. AdjoiningI,andowners page 38 • Faula Sheridan and Elizabeth McIntyre (PO Box 2150 Crranby Co 80446) own the property immediately south of the pit. Please see attached tax bill from the county assessor labeled Exhibit A • The Division of Wildlife owns the property at the Southeast corner of the pit. See attached letter from the DOW labeled Exhibit B which was part of the application packet submitted by Mr. Willits. Structures Page 43 and Page 44 • A diversion point and head gate owned by Elizabeth McIntyre and Paula Sheridan as marked on original exhibit C is attached as Exhibit C. The diversion and head gate are within 200 feet of the permit azea. • The Vail ditch does not ruu to the west of County Road 60 as described in Exhibit S page 44. This is Keller Creek. Keller Creek is mazked on Exhibit C. • The FrenchlWilliams fence-has been rebuilt and maintained by Elizabeth McIntyre and Paula Sheridan. It should be noted as McIntyre/Sheridan on page 44.
