Today Barb asked for my assistance with the above-referenced NOI,
and I attempted to call Middleton. He was not in, but will be
available tomorrow (11/30). I left a voice mail message for
Middleton as follows:
1. It was my understanding that this NOI was a temporary measure,
and that a revision would follow in the near future. As
previously discussed, the well is ultimately a station for
monitoring an active operation.
2. We cannot credit bond for reclamation unless a final
release/release inspection occur. We can't do this now that
snow covers the ground.
3. I will contact Middleton tomorrow, and be sure he understands
that permitting must follow, and that bond must be submitted.
