Based upon our meeting Friday 18 October 1996, the Blatchley Report is <br /> approved, and there is agreement that pre-1981 water considerations for Dakolios <br /> and Pit 1/Amendment 1 [aka, Nelson's], as long as the same means and methods <br /> are utilized in the determination [refer to Table 1]. Pre-1981 water for all locations <br /> utilized the same or similarly derived aerial photography, which was measured <br /> utilizing the same computer aided measurements applied to the previously <br /> approved portions of the Original Pit 1 area [refer to your correspondence of 16 <br /> September 19961. <br /> Concerning approval of the Blatchley Report, the key elements approved include <br /> the establishment that 123.0 acre feet of water from the Rademacher-Hayseed <br /> Well can be allocated for supplemental augmentation for the months of April <br /> through October, for both Pit 1 and the Dakolios Pit. Unlike the report, January <br /> and February must be included for consideration during the Winter Months, <br /> therefore, water must be secured from another source for the months of <br /> November through March. <br /> The revised Table 2 indicates the Winter time depletion will be 26.8027 Acre Feet. <br /> Once this determination is approved, we will secure the means of Accounting from <br /> the Water Commissioner, Bill Gambrell. At that time, a proposal will be presented <br /> to Tim Paranto, the Director of Public Works for the City of Lafayette. Our <br /> telephone conference with him on Tuesday 15 October 1996, indicated water is <br /> available for our purchase.
