Likewise, where portions of the <br />Permit Application have required revision consistent with our res- <br />ponse, the revised pages, exhibits, tables or maps have been iden- <br />tified immediately following our response to the specific concern <br />identified by MLRD. Four copies of all new or revised pages, tables <br />or figures accompany this response. Seven copies of these materials <br />are also being simultaneously transmitted to the Office of Surface <br />Mining Reclamation Enforcement ("OSM"). <br />A. Proof of payment of reclamation fees. <br />Response: Kerr Coal has attached hereto copies of <br />the Coal Production and Reclamation.Fee Reports which <br />it has submitted to OSM, together with appropriate <br />payments pursuant to 30 C.F.R., Part 637. <br />
