Rose, Assistant Field Supervisor, Colorado) the Colorado <br />• Division of Minerals and Geology hereby informs you that no <br />additional surface disturbance will be associated with the proposed <br />permit revision no. 2 for the Bear Mines 1, 2 and 3. Also, <br />additional depletion of flow in the North Fork of the Gunnison <br />River is not anticipated as a result of this revision. <br />Based on these findings the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />concludes that there will not be any impact to threatened or <br />endangered species as a result of the proposed revision. <br />The Division has bean in contact with the Office of Surface Mining, <br />western Technical Support Center and they have concurred with this <br />assessment.
