Please refer to the site <br />form or contact this office (see phone numbers listed below) if additional detail <br />or clarification is needed. <br />If any of the above sites have recommendations that additional work must be <br />performed, the Federal Agency must consult with the State Historic Preservation <br />Officer on the eligibility of the resources to the National Register of Historic <br />Places and the effect the project will have on the eligible resources. <br />Copies of this review have been sent to Metcalf Archaeological Consultants, Inc., <br />the survey contractor as well as to Mined Land Reclamation Division, the lead <br />agency on the project. <br />Prehistoric survey reviews: Margaret Van Ness 866-4670 <br />Historical survey reviews: Andrew Cole 866-4608 <br />
