reclamation operetions for the subject property (see attached'Vxinity Maps and have talked with a
representative of Cemex, Inc. regarding these operations. We have been assured by Cemex, Inc. that should
any damage occur to our structures and improvements due to the proposed operations, Cemex, Inc. will fully
repa'u any such damage at its expense or provide full compensation for any damage. '
