The ceiling has <br />drop panels on it, with 3 shyl.ights in the center of the whole <br />ceiling, they are drywalled with texture and painted. I found <br />no cracks new or old in the entire room. <br />Weightroom; This room has cinder-block walls, and carpeting on <br />Che floor. There was one new crack according to the maintenance <br />man, and it is around both sides of a metal I beam on the ceiling <br />off of the wall on west aide. He reports it happened in the last <br />5 to b months. The rest of the room is clear of cracks. <br />Classrooms; 'There are 14 classrooms and the main office area <br />that was inspected. Classrooms 1,2,4,5,b,7,8,9, were all clear of <br />any obvious cracks or separations other then some old cracks from <br />age and settlement. In room M3 I found a crack over the left side <br />of the center doorway and it is an old one. <br />In room p 11, there is an old crack on the left side of the outer <br />windows and it is also from settlement. Rooms 10, 12,and 14 are <br />all clean of any cracks or separations, new or old. Classroom N <br />13 has a crack about a foot long next to the window on the west <br />side of the room next to the ceiling, this one is an old one as <br />well. <br />The football feild restrooms; This building is all cinder-block <br />with a metal roof. I found no cracks in the walls, ceiling, or <br />the concrete slab flooring or sidewalk. This building looks to be <br />fairly new and is very sound. <br />This completes my evaluation, if anything else is required, <br />please let me know what else you may need. <br />Thank You,. <br />Richard C.
