?ermit Plumber CO-0068, ( ) <br />?aae 3 of 7 <br />~,~ Sec. 9 The penittee shall dispcse of solids, sludge, filter backwash, or <br />pollutants removed in the course of treatment or controi of waters <br />or emissions to the air in the manner required by the approved <br />Colorado State ?roaram and the Federal Lands ?rogram and ~nhich <br />prevents violation of any other applicable State or F°:eral law. <br />Sec. 10 <br />a. In accordance with any term of the permit as necessary to pre- <br />vent significant, imminent environmental hen to the health and <br />safety of the pubiic; and <br />b. Utilizing any methods specified a5 conditions of the permit by <br />the Colorado Mined Lands Reclamation Division (C;9LRD) and OS;1 <br />(if any) in approving alternative methods of compliance with <br />the performance standards of the Act, the approved Colorado <br />State Program, and the Federal Lands Program. <br />Sec. 11 The permittee shall provide the names, addresses, and telephone <br />numbers of persons resportsihie far operations ~lrtder the pemit to <br />wham notices and orders are to be delivered. <br />Sec. 12 The pernittee shall comply with the provisions of the Federai ',Dater <br />Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1151-1175) and the Clean Air Act <br />(42 U.S.C. i401 et seq.). <br />Sec. 13 During mining operations if a pre~riously unidentified cuitural <br />resources site is discovered, the operator shall ensure that the <br />site is mat disturbed and shall notiry the reaulator~ authority. <br />The operator shall ensure that the resource(s) is properly - <br />evaluated according to the National Register of Historic Places <br />eligibility a~iteria (36 CFR 60.6).
