Permit No. 77-153 page <br />probably have very little wildlife benefit, but thank you for <br />your recommendation. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />1 a) The areas covered by crankcase oil will be stripped to a non- <br />contaminated level and the material will be disposed of <br />properly. Clean up of the crankcase oil area has begun and <br />will be completed by December 15, 1986. The area purposely <br />oiled will remain that way so that the pit stays within the <br />limits imposed by the Colorado Department of Health, Air <br />Pollution Permit. In addition this area will be part of the <br />parking area as outlined in the approved Reclamation Plans. <br />b) They will be removed from the banks and either hauled off <br />site to a landfill or will be broken up and the rebar removed <br />so they will be acceptable rip rap material.
